    • No, we don't charge any fees or commissions. The offer we provide is the amount you receive at closing minus your prorated taxes for the year.
       

  5. How quickly can I sell my home?

    • We can close in as little as three days or three months, depending on your timeline and preferences.
       

  6. What if my property is in foreclosure or has liens?

    • We have experience dealing with various situations, including foreclosure and liens. We've been in business for quite some time and seen it all. We work closely with many great real estate attorneys. We'll work with you to find a solution that best fits your needs.
       

  7. Do I need to move out immediately after selling?

    • We offer flexible closing dates and can discuss arrangements that allow you to stay in the home for a period after closing, if needed.
       

  8. How do you determine the offer price for my home?

  9. Is there any obligation if I request an offer?

    • No, requesting an offer is free, and there's no obligation to accept. We offer that our price is good for a minimum 1 week. Please keep in mind we are constantly buying houses so for that reason offers and prices may change over time.
       

  10. I'm dealing with a difficult tenant. Can you still buy my property?

    • Yes, we can purchase properties with existing tenants, even in challenging situations. We've dealt with squatters to non-paying tenants. Let us handle your headache.
